Swayam Gift Card – Terms of Use

Passion 360 Multimedia Private Limited, the parent company here after named as ‘Swayam’ provides option to our members to buy ‘Gift Cards’ in which they can gift Swayam Talks annual subscription to whomsoever they deem fit

Buy

You can buy ‘Gift Cards’ from the options available on our website. To buy a ‘Gift Card’ you must have Internet access and a suitable device, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party.

Validity

The validity of the ‘Gift Card’ will be valid as mentioned on the website. The ‘Gift Card’ needs to be redeemed before the expiry of the stipulated validity period. ‘Swayam’ will not be able to extend the validity of the ‘Gift Card’

Limitations

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Except as provided hereunder or as per applicable law, the amount in your Gift Cards will not be refunded to you under any circumstances. No refund will be provided in cash, at any point in time. Unused Gift Card balances may not be transferred to another user’s account.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
